Leveraging on Redzones Diplomat to Improve Sales

Hello Everyone, I am a real estate agent. I found out and have been using Redzones Indicator since February 2021; I’m still in the process of learning ..
 
At first, I was a bit awkward & confused to follow suggested timings by Redzones.
 
There is so much experience to share, even just been using Redzones for one month.
 
For today, I would like to share my experience on the 25th.

Based on Redzones Diplomat, Team Pattern Algorithms advised me that the 25th is a good day for me and should make use of the day, so I made some efforts to prepare..
 
On that date, at 7.30 am, I received a message from a client (whom I have been following up on for a week). He told me that he was ready to pay the deposit. He would like to book an apartment with me priced at RM320K, and I’ve successfully collected the deposit at 10.15 pm on the same day. I purposely set an appointment during non-Redzones hours.
 
At 9.02 am (25th), I received another message from a friend. He referred a client who was interested in buying a unit of residence project located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. However, due to time constraints on the client’s side, I intentionally set an appointment for the 26th Feb at 3 pm (non-Redzones hours). He paid a deposit around 5.07 pm for an apartment unit priced at RM455,330.
 
Total sales closed was RM775,330.00. The team and I are very grateful. 🙂🙂
